THE PROJECT

The stage and spatial design subverted the venue’s traditional layout by placing audience areas directly on the stage and using catwalks that extended into the crowd, breaking the barrier between artist and guests to emulate the energy of a baile funk dance floor. The scenography centered on a main booth crowned by a scenic ‘chandelier,’ while LED panels were deconstructed and distributed throughout the space. This configuration, paired with visual content acting as a mosaic of colors and textures, created an immersive kaleidoscope effect to accompany the DJ’s performance and guest appearances during the DVD recording.
