THE PROJECT
For the recording of the concert ‘Pagode do Diferentão 2,’ we transformed an empty rectangular hall into a welcoming samba formation through a low-profile central stage surrounded by multi-level scaffolding structures. This configuration eliminated the rigidity of the original space, creating dynamic framing for the cameras and bringing the artist closer to the audience, who became an integral part of the scenography. The album’s visual identity was translated through key elements and icons, such as the circular stage featuring the ‘smile’ logo on the floor, a blue portal inspired by the promotional materials, and multifunctional scaffolding that supported fabrics, mannequins, and LED screens, merging the album’s graphic language with the event’s physical structure.
